The Challenge

Driven by the vision that every individual in Hong Kong deserves a comfortable home, Comhome Social Housing Platform (Comhome) is dedicated to providing information and assistance with rental matching services to underprivileged communities, at low or zero cost. With their realty service officially launching in 2023, they recognise it is crucial to create a user-friendly website to share latest updates and event details. However, they lack the expertise needed and require guidance in building and managing a website.

Our Solution

Through Time Auction, Comhome was connected with a skilled volunteer named Eric. Eric has not only successfully developed the website within 2 months but also provided guidance to Comhome’s team on updating and making changes to the site. The staff has praised Eric for his wealth of experience and patience, as he has significantly simplified their work processes and expanded the organisation's reach to a wider audience.
