Mentorship - Time Auction

香港嘅教育水平非常高，近年更推行STEM教學（STEM Education），需要投放大量資源。相比起同輩，基層學生就往往面對住教育資源不足嘅問題，例如缺乏私人補習、網上學習設備等支援，限制佢哋嘅學習機會。為咗協助低收入家庭嘅學生獲得足夠嘅學習資源同機會，以下幾間教育類（Education）非牟利機構（NGO）都定期舉辦唔同類型嘅培訓同活動，你都可以技能義工（Skilled-volunteers）嘅身份參與其中！不如首先了解下佢哋嘅服務同理念： Generation香港 Generation Hong Kong Generation Hong Kong係一個全球性嘅非牟利組織，致力讓教育與就業制度接軌，並且提供培訓等針對性嘅職場技能，以解決失業以及就業不足嘅缺口，讓年青人擁有長遠嘅事業發展機會。 Inspiring Girls Hong Kong Inspiring Girls Hong Kong 旨在聯繫女孩與來自各行各業嘅女性榜樣，促進、維持和增加佢哋嘅個人同集體知識，並提高佢哋嘅抱負。良師香港 Teach for Hong Kong Teach for Hong Kong 係一個培育明日領袖，並幫助基層學生嘅教學服務計劃。透過招募大學畢業生用一年時間到基層學校全職擔任項目教師，同帶領學生參與課外活動，長遠為基層學童提供優質教學，同時培育社會未來棟樑。教育無邊界 Teach Unlimited Foundation 教育無邊界由一群本地家長組成，致力為資源不足嘅學生提供適切嘅校內學習支援，並透過挑選及培訓高質素嘅大學畢業生，為這些學生帶來友師啟導服務。書伴我行（香港）基金會 Bring Me a Book Hong Kong 書伴我行（香港）基金會致力提供家長及老師培訓、優質中英文兒童書籍，以及與作家及專家接觸機會，充實本港普羅市民嘅生活。以上幾間關注教育平等嘅機構都不時需要技能義工支持運作，如果你都想出一分力，可以考慮以下嘅義工服務：義工服務（一）：榜樣義工（Role Model Volunteer）一個好榜樣對個人成長非常重要，佢哋待人接物嘅方式同經驗分享可以啟發下一代。有啲關注青年發展嘅項目專為年青人同在職人士搭建橋樑，希望為參加者樹立學習榜樣，發揮個人潛能。你都可以成為義工，向參加者分享自己嘅經歷、技能同成就，鼓勵佢哋建立自信心同積極態度，堅持追求自己嘅夢想！【立即申請】義工服務（二）：課後學習導師（After-school Program Tutor）為咗加強學生嘅學習成效，學校同非牟利機構會安排免費課後學習課程，由義務導師以小組嘅形式教導有需要嘅學生，令佢哋可以鞏固知識同跟上學習進度。喺補習課程裡面，義工可以協助學生完成功課、溫故知新，仲可以深入了解佢嘅長短處，從而克服學習困難，俾學生得到更好嘅教育支援。【立即申請】義工服務（三）：角色扮演編劇（Role […]
