How Gay Games 11 Hosts Their First Volunteer-run Inclusive Event in Hong Kong | Skilled Volunteering Case Study

The Challenge

It’s the very first time Gay Games 11 is being hosted in Hong Kong and they are in need of more than 1,500 volunteers to organise, run and manage operations on a daily basis. They require volunteers who are capable to take on management roles, with skills from tech, administration, design and more.

Our Solution

More than 186 skilled volunteers are connected with their team, bringing expertise from Human Resources, Project Management, Finance, Customer Service, Insurance and even Scrum to support their preparation for the game happening In November 2023. The recruitment is ongoing as the big day approaches!
