Lunch with David, Co-founder of Divide
David is the Co-founder of Divide, a productivity app that was acquired by Google for US$120 million in 2014.
“Leaders have to lead by example. Good leaders will naturally rise in the organisation by gaining the respect and trust of their peers.”
said David when we picked his brain on leadership. And on failure?
“You’ve got to trust and let your team members fail. There might be 10 possible solutions, but if you’ve failed 3 times then you know 3 out of 10 ways don’t work, and might actually increase you chance of success.”
