What we need

• Join us for a 30min briefing call/e-meet to learn about our causes and background
• Review the previous impact reports and provide us with advices on how to improve
• Implement improvements by consolidating and reorganising the content with clear descriptions in impact reports
• Ad hoc tasks in translation (Chinese and English only)

Background

Impact report is a report we did to record and analyse our annual activities which is an important connection with our existing funding bodies and potential donors/supporters. So it is not just straightforwardly describing what we did but present it in a concise and precise way so that anyone can easily get to understand what we did, what we are doing and what we are going to achieve.

What we have

(1) You can choose to work remotely or use Tai Po Arts Centre as a meeting / working space, (2) Introduction of our organisation, artists and Indian dance community in HK, (3) Dancing experience and sharing dance stories by our artists and (4) Working with other volunteers from different backgrounds (5) Providing as more information as possible to facilitate the completion of impact reports.

Why this is important

(1) Strengthening our brand recognition and increase our positioning in dance ecology in order to move our organisation to the next level (2) Building a long term relationship with more like-minded collaborators and even improve our teamwork productivity and effectiveness (3) Audience building locally and internationally (4) Create the next normal through constructing a solid and feasible online platform during global reorganization. (5) Strengthen the bonding among our organization and potential collaborators.
