About Mehul

Mehul Thakkar is the Sustainability & ESG Lead for Asia-Pacific, Japan and China at Dell Technologies. In this role, he combines his passion for sustainability and climate with Dell’s commitment to driving human progress. He works closely with colleagues, customers, and partners across APJC markets to establish and execute APJC Sustainability & ESG strategy.

Before joining Dell, Mehul was an Executive Director and Head of ESG Issuer Relations for Asia Pacific at MSCI. He drove strategic engagement with over 4,000 Corporate issuers and stakeholders in the region. His leadership and strategic insights was instrumental in strengthening MSCI’s presence in the Asia Pacific region.

Prior to MSCI, Mehul spent a decade at consulting firms EY and Deloitte across India and Hong Kong. He advised multinational organizations on their business transformation and ESG/Sustainability initiatives. His extensive consulting experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of the business landscape and sustainability practices in the region. 

Mehul holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering from Mumbai University and an MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, India. He also has a certificate in ESG Investing from the CFA Institute. His diverse educational background and professional experience make him a key player in the field of ESG and sustainability.

  After application approval, you'll receive an email connecting you with your mentor. Schedule a session promptly and keep Time Auction team in the loop. If we don't hear from you within a week, it leads to application cancellation and the following:

  • 1st strike: 1-month suspension
  • 2nd strike: 3-month suspension
  • 3rd strike: Banned

• No-Show Policy
  For all scheduled mentoring sessions, we have a "one strike" ban policy for no-show bookings without informing the other party. Cancelling within 24 hours is also counted as no-show.

  • 1st strike: 1-month suspension
  • 2nd strike: 3-month suspension
  • 3rd strike: Banned
