About Winnie

Winnie is currently Head of People and Culture at HK listed recruitment firm KOS International, while running her own career coaching and corporate training business. She also founded 30 Matters, a community supporting working women in their 30s to make better decisions for their career and family.

Having switched across different industries and roles among marketing, banking, Big4, headhunting and human resources throughout her career, she is dedicated to helping individuals open up new possibilities and excel in their professional and personal lives. Her expertise includes career transition, career development, intergenerational communication, DISC, design thinking, motivation, client / employee experience, etc.

Winnie has designed, led and facilitated numerous physical and virtual workshops for MNCs and local businesses as well as not-for-profit organizations. She has also coached a broad spectrum of individuals ranging from non-performing staff, HIPOs to new managers, seasoned leaders and C-suite.

Winnie is a Professional Certified Coach accredited by the International Coach Federation, Everything DiSC® Certified Trainer and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Translation from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She also serves as a career coach for the Masters programs at The University of Hong Kong.

Session Scheduling Policy
After application approval, you'll receive an email connecting you with your mentor. Schedule a session promptly and keep Time Auction team in the loop. If we don't hear from you within a week, it leads to application cancellation and the following:
- 1st strike: 1-month suspension
- 2nd strike: 3-month suspension
- 3rd strike: Banned
No-Show Policy
For all scheduled mentoring sessions, we have a "one strike" ban policy for no-show bookings without informing the other party. Cancelling within 24 hours is also counted as no-show.
- 1st strike: 1-month suspension
- 2nd strike: 3-month suspension
- 3rd strike: Banned
