Bid 2 General admission tickets for the three-day weekend for Clockenflap 2023 (valued at a total of HK$3980) with your volunteer hours.

The volunteer bidding with the highest number of completed volunteer hours will get the tickets!

The bidder with the highest number of volunteer hours will win and will be notified by email after the silent auction has closed

If your bid is not successful, the volunteer hours will be returned to your account.

This silent auction will end on 23 Nov 2023 at 6 pm. The successful bidder will be contacted on 24 Nov afternoon.

Terms and Conditions

By submitting, you agree with Time Auction’s terms and conditions as stipulated on the website and in the FAQ and only the successful bidder will be contacted after the silent auction.
Only volunteers with Time Auction account are eligible for the silent auction.
Only participants who have followed all the requirements will be eligible for the silent auction.
Entries submitted after the deadline will not be counted.
The successful bidder must redeem the committed volunteer hours through the redemption method (a private link) provided by Time Auction within 24 hours. Otherwise, the next highest bid will get the opportunity.
If your bid is not successful, all volunteer hours will be allocated back to you.

Reward photos are for reference only.
Once the reward redemption has been placed, the redemption will be considered final for the volunteer’s own personal use only and cannot be amended, returned, transferred, resold, exchanged, or cancelled by the volunteer.
By participating in this experience, all parties agree to indemnify Time Auction and save it harmless against any and all liabilities, including judgments, costs and reasonable counsel fees, for anything done or omitted by Time Auction.
In case of dispute, Time Auction reserves the right of final decision on all matters.
Time Auction late cancellations & no show policy and other terms and conditions apply.

Requirements

210 volunteer hours must be completed during 1 Nov 2022 to 30 Nov 2023.

📆 Volunteer Hour Verification: Ensure that the volunteer hours you submit for entry have been completed and verified within the period from November 2022 to November 2023. Entries not meeting this timeframe will be forfeited without prior notice.

📲 Instagram Repost Requirements: To qualify for the silent auction, participants must repost the pinned Clockenflap silent auction post from the @timeauction Instagram page to their personal Instagram story for 24 hours within 2 days of bidding on the Time Auction website, and DM @timeauction to show a screenshot of the 24-hour story. It is crucial to tag @timeauction in the story and DM us for the registration to be considered valid.

🔗 Matching Instagram Handles: If a participant's Instagram handle does not match the application submitted on the Time Auction website, their entry will be deemed invalid. Any rewards associated with such entries will be forfeited without prior notice.

📸 Winner's Commitment: The successful bidder commits to posting one Instagram story and one Instagram post, both tagging @timeauction. These posts should showcase Clockenflap on-site/stage visuals, featuring both the winner and their friend. Time Auction will repost the story and post. It's a chance to share your excitement with the community!
