日期：逢星期二（自行預約，視乎供應情況而定）
時間：12:30 PM - 1:30 PM（可以帶輕食，素食更佳。）
地點：銅鑼灣
語言：廣東話 / 英文 / 普通話

Redeem your Wellness Lunch Sound Bath at Kusala Education. A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are enveloped in sound waves produced by various instruments, such as singing bowls, gongs or drums. The vibrations create a soothing environment that promotes relaxation, mindfulness, and healing. Kusala Education provides wellness lunch sound bath with tea meditation experience.

Date: Every Tuesday (By appointment, subject to availability)
Time: 12:30 - 1:30pm (You can bring light snacks, preferably vegetarian.)
Venue: Causeway Bay
Language: Cantonese/ English/ Mandarin

Mindfulness: It's encouraged to focus on your breath and the sounds, allowing your mind to wander and explore.

Terms and Conditions

The reward is valid for 3 months from the day of redemption.
Booking is subject to availability only.

Once the reward redemption has been placed, the redemption will be considered final for the volunteer’s own personal use only and cannot be amended, returned, transferred, resold, exchanged or cancelled by the volunteer.
By participating in this experience, all parties agree to indemnify Time Auction and save it harmless against any and all liabilities, including judgments, costs and reasonable counsel fees, for anything done or omitted by Time Auction.
