About Gaurav
Gaurav Mehra is the Partner and Head of Transformation at EY, with 24 years of experience in Financial Services, Risk Management and Consulting and has worked for leading MNC banks and financial institutions like RBS, ABN AMRO Bank, and GE Money. He managed large projects focused on cost optimization, operational and technology transformation, design thinking, client journey design, implementing regulations, risk management, predictive analytics, target operating model, and strategy. He also has deep experience in banking (Retail & Commercial), Wealth, Payments, and Insurance. He has consulted multiple global banks on the setup and optimization of their captive offshore operations. He also has diverse international experience having worked across US, UK, India, and Hong Kong.

Session Scheduling Policy
After application approval, you'll receive an email connecting you with your mentor. Schedule a session promptly and keep Time Auction team in the loop. If we don't hear from you within a week, it leads to:- Application cancellation
- 1st strike: 1-month suspension
- 2nd strike: 3-month suspension
- 3rd strike: Banned
No-Show Policy
For all scheduled mentoring sessions, we have a "one strike" ban policy for no-show bookings without informing the other party. Cancelling within 24 hours is also counted as no-show.- 1st strike: 1-month suspension
- 2nd strike: 3-month suspension
- 3rd strike: Banned
Requirements
10 volunteer hours must be completed during 30 Mar 2022 to 30 Jun 2023.
