兌換一念靜舍的二人頌缽聲頻浴，感受頌缽聲音帶來的療癒效果，並紓緩壓力及練習正念！
生活的壓力有否令你喘不過氣？誠邀你參與一趟關於聲音的旅程，過程中你只需要安然躺下，聽著以頌缽為主不同樂器產生的聲音，腦電波便會慢慢調節至適合休息的頻率，尤如給身心靈浸浴一樣。
頌缽能透過聲音及振動兩個途徑有效地改善身心狀態。面對積勞與痛症，振頻能一層一層地滲透，讓原來繃緊的肌肉得以鬆弛，關節的疼痛亦能紓緩；至於心靈層面，長期處於高壓的生活容易出現失眠，聲音的頻率能將腦波快速調節至較放鬆的Alpha (α)或Theta (θ)，真正讓頭腦得到休息。
日期：6月20日至7月8日（自行預約）
地點：葵興
工作坊將會以中文教學。
導師簡介（小白@一念靜舍）
輔導員，頌缽行者。多年來一直於社福機構工作，服務對象包括青少年、長者、愛滋病病毒感染者等，現從事性別輔導工作，並正接受沙維雅模式家庭輔導訓練。因靜觀結緣，而展開頌缽的修行旅程，先後於香港及遠赴尼泊爾跟隨不同老師學習，經過多年內化和實踐，於2019年正式成立一念靜舍，致力推廣正念生活，藉著聲頻引導案主聆聽內在，找回與自己、與他人、與自然的連結。
