It encourages recycling and reducing waste by allowing participants to exchange items rather than purchasing new ones, offering a fun, eco-friendly way to refresh wardrobes.

Swap smarter, connect deeper! 🔄✨ This time, YOU bring your own items and swap directly with others—creating meaningful exchanges and building a circular community! Here’s how it works:

Each ticket grants unlimited swaps for the day, with a one-to-one exchange rate (you can take as many items as you donate).

Date: 22 - 23 March 2025 (By appointment)
Timeslots: 3:00, 3:30, 4:00, 4:30, 5:00 PM (By appointment)
Location: Heath, Tsim Sha Tsui (Basement of Chung King Mansion)

Here’s how it works:

1️⃣ Check in at reception when you arrive.

2️⃣ Enter the swap area and start exploring what other swappers have brought.

3️⃣ Swap with others, chat, connect, and discover new treasures.

4️⃣ Leave with your swapped items and a refreshed wardrobe!

Gentle Reminders:

Please note that the cut-off registration time for each Swap Party is 2 working days before the respective session.
Limited to 10 participants per time slot to keep the energy personal and intimate.
Each slot overlaps by 30 minutes, so you’ll have the chance to connect

Reward photos are for reference only.
Once the reward redemption has been placed, the redemption will be considered final for the volunteer’s own personal use only and cannot be amended, returned, transferred, resold, exchanged or cancelled by the volunteer.
By participating in this experience, all parties agree to indemnify Time Auction and save it harmless against any and all liabilities, including judgments, costs and reasonable counsel fees, for anything done or omitted by Time Auction.
