兌換一念靜舍的聲頻靜心體驗工作坊，感受頌缽聲音帶來的療癒效果，並紓緩壓力及練習正念！

在壓力面前，你會怎樣應對？身體會紀錄生活留下的壓力、情緒或創傷，而頌缽能透過聲音及振動兩個途徑有效地改善身心狀態。面對積勞與痛症，振頻能一層一層地滲透，讓原來繃緊的肌肉得以鬆弛，關節的疼痛亦能紓緩；至於心靈層面，長期處於高壓的生活容易出現失眠，聲音的頻率能將腦波快速調節至較放鬆的Alpha (α)或Theta (θ)，真正讓頭腦得到休息。頌缽除了是療癒工具，更是靜心的引導。在工作坊裡，導師將會帶領體驗不同以聲音為本的靜心練習，並分享背後的哲理。一同藉著聲音聆聽內在需要，讓身心靈得到休息。

時間：2 - 3:30 pm
地點：葵興

工作坊將會以中文教學。場地會提供5-6吋頌缽使用，亦歡迎自攜頌缽。

導師簡介（小白@一念靜舍）

輔導員，頌缽行者。多年來一直於社福機構工作，服務對象包括青少年、長者、愛滋病病毒感染者等，現從事性別輔導工作，並正接受沙維雅模式家庭輔導訓練。因靜觀結緣，而展開頌缽的修行旅程，先後於香港及遠赴尼泊爾跟隨不同老師學習，經過多年內化和實踐，於2019年正式成立一念靜舍，致力推廣正念生活，藉著聲頻引導案主聆聽內在，找回與自己、與他人、與自然的連結。
