兌換Still Yoga Studio的修復瑜伽課，讓自己於週末放鬆一下，讓內心回歸平衡且穩定狀態！
這是一個深層放鬆的療癒課堂，藉由使用不同的輔具支撐身體，在有外力支撐下停留長時間，刺激副交感神經系統，深層的放鬆，平衡身體機能，讓我們的身體慢下來，將忙碌生活中累積的壓力釋放出來，重新喚回內心的平靜，讓身體、心靈安定的休息。適合初學者與進階練習者。
日期: 2022年6月5日 (星期日)
時間: 1 - 2:15 pm
地點: 中環德輔道中140-142號富偉商業大廈9樓
課堂將會以中文教學。
條款及細則

- 體驗一經兌換，不可取消、交換或轉讓。
- 體驗僅供個人使用，嚴禁轉讓或出售。
- 如因參與任何活動而導致的任何損傷及損失，Time Auction均不會負責。
- Time Auction與Still Yoga Studio對是次活動擁有修改、變更或取消之權利。
- Time Auction臨時取消或缺席條款，以及其他條款及細則適用。
- 請在上課前5-10分鐘到達。所有課堂都會準時開課。教室將在課堂開始後10分鐘鎖門，讓同學在寧靜的環境下進行瑜伽練習。
- 請把手機關上或調較至靜音，以免造成滋擾。
- 請勿在教室進食，及於下課後幫忙清潔墊子，保持教室清潔。
- 同學明白這是自身責任，並在有需要時主動諮詢其合資格醫生的意見，以了解其身體狀況是否適合參加STILL的活動或瑜伽課程。
- 同學明白其參與STILL的活動或瑜伽課程屬自願性質，並清楚其所附帶之受傷風險。同學同意STILL毋須在學員開始或繼續STILL的活動或瑜伽課程前，對同學之身體狀況作出評估。如因某些原因於參與STILL之活動或瑜伽課程期間受傷或身故，學員及其家屬同意放棄向STILL、STILL之董事、員工、場地負責人、活動主持人或瑜伽課程之導師追討及索償之權利。
- 同學同意保管私人財物是自身的責任，並同意如有失竊的情況STILL無須負責。
要求
必須在6 Jul 2021至31 May 2022期間完成3個義工時數。
