兌換PCMA的詠春防身術工作坊。自衛防身術是專為想於短時間內學懂防身術技巧的人士而設。體驗課堂內，將會學到簡單自衛防身，例如；如何掌控與施襲者距離；如何於短時間內制服對手；實用小技巧如出外旅行有什麼安全問題需要注意等等。
日期：自行預約（視供應情況而定）
地點：上環
工作坊大綱如下：
- 學習正確防身術概念
- 基本防禦姿勢及基本格擋手法
- 如何控制與敵人間距離
- 如何使用簡單技法控制對手
條款及細則
- 圖片只供參考。
- 體驗只供年滿18歲或以上的義工兌換。
- 體驗需要預約並視乎供應情況而定。
- 成功兌換後，請於2個月內向PCMA自行預約，逾期即視為放棄。
- 體驗一經兌換，即被視為最後決定，不得修改、退回、取消或交換。
- 體驗僅供個人使用，嚴禁轉讓或出售。
- 八號風球，黑雨及公眾假期暫停開放。如課堂當日遇上惡劣天氣影響，請與PCMA聯絡。
- 如因參與任何活動而導致的任何損傷及損失，Time Auction均不會負責。
- Time Auction對是次活動擁有修改、變更或取消之權利。
- 如有任何爭議，Time Auction 保留對所有事宜的最終決定權。
- Time Auction臨時取消或缺席條款，以及其他條款及細則適用。
要求
必須在13 Mar 2024至13 Jun 2025期間完成5個義工時數。
