What we have

(1) Racial Awareness Toolkit 101 for Employers who sign up- Support in matching the right candidate for the internship placement (2) Provide handholding service to Employers from advertising to onboarding (3) Provide ongoing support to Employers throughout the internship period

Why this is important

[For Employers] (a) Exposure: get your name out there to the ethnic minority community in Hong Kong (b) Diversity and Inclusion: receive a checklist on cultural sensitivity at workplace (c) Ignite Hope: you ignite hope for students to explore their career paths and build confidence | [For Under-Resourced Ethnic Minority Tertiary Students] No one had told young but talented ethnic minorities about the importance of having an internship, which gave them a very hard time finding jobs. We encourage every ethnic minority to be serious about getting an internship while taking their tertiary education - even unpaid, as they are critical in the future. | [For Zubin Foundation]through your support, we are joining hands to improve the lives of Hong Kong's marginalised ethnic minorities by providing opportunities and cultivating a more inclusive workplace for all.
