對我們的意義

[For Employers] (a) Exposure: get your name out there to the ethnic minority community in Hong Kong (b) Diversity and Inclusion: receive a checklist on cultural sensitivity at workplace (c) Ignite Hope: you ignite hope for students to explore their career paths and build confidence | [For Under-Resourced Ethnic Minority Tertiary Students] No one had told young but talented ethnic minorities about the importance of having an internship, which gave them a very hard time finding jobs. We encourage every ethnic minority to be serious about getting an internship while taking their tertiary education - even unpaid, as they are critical in the future. | [For Zubin Foundation]through your support, we are joining hands to improve the lives of Hong Kong's marginalised ethnic minorities by providing opportunities and cultivating a more inclusive workplace for all.
