Translate our website from English to Traditional Chinese to increase engagement and promotion to local audiences
The Nesbitt Centre has been an English-Speaking day centre for adults with Special Educational Needs in Hong Kong for more than 25 years. The Nesbitt Centre would like to continue her contributions by offering our service to a larger population, including the local Chinese-Speaking community. We, therefore, are seeking support to translate our centre website to Traditional Chinese for our local audience. Check out: www.nesbittcentre.org.hk
The volunteer will receive a Word document by email with content that we would like to be translated into Traditional Chinese. Volunteer will simply have to send the completed work back to us by email.
Having our website presented in both English and Chinese will play a key role in bridging the Nesbitt Centre and the Chinese-Speaking community in Hong Kong. It will help promote our centre among the local audience and increase our engagement with the community.

The Nesbitt Centre (TNC) is a day activity centre that aims to provide lifelong education for individuals with disabilities and support them in integrating back within the community. The programme we implement is called the “Preparation for Life'' programme. At the core of the programme are six pillars: Planning for the Future, Life Skills, Independent Living, Vocational Education, Structured Workplace Learning and Recreation and Leisure. These pillars are designed to enrich our learners with the necessary skills to live more independently and empower them to advocate for themselves.
