What we need

• Develop a Conscious Leadership program curriculum
• Provide support in co-building the curriculum variations for different groups ranging from youths, corporate professionals and seniors
• Research on top leadership programs around the world
• Generate a brief report of no more than 2 pages on word doc summarising the current landscape of conscious leadership programs
• You will be working closely with our marketing team on doing research, ideation and have regular reviews

Background

You will be part of Social Innovation Park's Tech for Global Alliance team, a global platform that connects and empowers like-minded stakeholders to collectively solve major global challenges, such as the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This is a great opportunity for you to deeply learn about the works of one of the most innovative NGOs and about social innovation.

What we have

Opportunity to work with large corporates, leading universities and professionals for content development. We will share resources from previous SIP mindfulness-related workshops that can be repurposed. Work closely with the Marketing Team for Business Development.

Mindfulness is at the core of the programs that we run here at Social Innovation Park academy - your contribution will help in the ideation and design of the program that we run.
