Marketing and Strategy Advisor
Brainstorm, plan and co-create a marketing strategy (budget, content & campaigns) for our new counselling service program
Project Details
What we need
- Work closely with our project team and volunteer marketing team (ex. Digital Marketing Strategist) to develop a roadmap with key milestones and preliminary budget
- Ideate and execute the overall marketing strategic plan for our new counselling service program
- Review and monitor the performance of the implemented marketing strategies regularly
- Coach the volunteer team (around 3-5 volunteers) to execute offline marketing strategies throughout the project period
- Lead the planning of online/offline workshops/events to reach the beneficiaries
Background
ReSource is a non-denominational, multi-cultural and a local registered charity which has been providing professional and affordable counselling service since 1973. We are working on a new pilot program which provides online and in-person counselling service for medical professionals and educators during 2022 – 2024. This program aims to increase overall well-being and avoid burnout of both target groups through professional counselling service.

By improving our offline - online marketing results, we will be able to reach a wider range of potential beneficiaries and efficiently promote our mental health services and support in the field of medical and educational settings.
