• Work closely with our project team and volunteer marketing team (ex. Digital Marketing Strategist) to develop a roadmap with key milestones and preliminary budget
• Ideate and execute the overall marketing strategic plan for our new counselling service program
• Review and monitor the performance of the implemented marketing strategies regularly
• Coach the volunteer team (around 3-5 volunteers) to execute offline marketing strategies throughout the project period
• Lead the planning of online/offline workshops/events to reach the beneficiaries

背景資料

ReSource is a non-denominational, multi-cultural and a local registered charity which has been providing professional and affordable counselling service since 1973. We are working on a new pilot program which provides online and in-person counselling service for medical professionals and educators during 2022 – 2024. This program aims to increase overall well-being and avoid burnout of both target groups through professional counselling service.
