What we need
  • We are looking for a professional event photographer for our Ambassador Appreciation Day to celebrate migrant domestic worker community leaders!
Background

The Ambassadors Appreciation Day take place on December 20th (Sunday) from 11am to 3pm in Mong Kok.

What we have

We will have a briefing before the event to let you know about the rundown of the day.

Why this is important

Our Train the Trainers program invites migrant domestic workers (MDW) in Hong Kong to become PathFinders’ ambassadors. This approach seeks to address maternity discrimination faced by MDWs through empowering community leaders with crucial information on maternity rights and obligations, family planning, love scams, rights of children born in Hong Kong and other community resources available. With a strong emphasis on women’s empowerment, the program establishes a sustainable community outreach model to raise awareness on maternity rights and planned pregnancy that is led and delivered by MDWs for MDWs. Our Ambassadors Appreciation Day is a celebration of our ambassadors’ achievements and efforts in the programme.
