Seeking a change management specialist to apply the theory of change for strategic project planning
Project Details
What we need
- Volunteers will apply the theory of change to create and refine detailed road maps for our projects, providing expert insights and suggestions
- Develop a road map for our projects (Voices for the Planet, Music Salon event, Summer camp, Teachers training, ambassador program…) based on the theory of change
- The road map should detail the following aspects: Project objectives, Key milestones, Stakeholder roles, Budget overview, Project phase, Activities, Risk and assumption assessment, and more
Background
LumiVoce organizes a variety of annual events, including Voices for the Planet, Friends of LumiVoce music salon, Summer Camp, and Award Ceremony. To enhance the planning and impact of these projects, we are seeking a professional volunteer who is well versed in the theory of change. This theory is a powerful tool that provides a clear framework for understanding how and why a desired change is expected to happen in a particular context. By applying this theory, the volunteer will help us develop a road map for our projects, thereby improving the likelihood of successful project implementation and impact.

We will provide information and details of each projects that we are holding, and specific guidelines for volunteers.
Why this is important
This will help LumiVoce to create better proposal and to raise fundings for our biodiversity education program.

What we do
LumiVoce.org is a Hong Kong public charity. It was founded in Hong Kong in 2016 by Dr. Ying Ying Liu. It aims to shed light (Lumi) on the plight of the world’s wildlife, whose survival is under threat due to human activities, and to give a voice (Voce) to these endangered species. The charity uses music and the arts to educate and inspire people, especially the next generation, to become mindful of their impact on the planet and to actively create a sustainable world for future generations and all living things.
