• Volunteers will apply the theory of change to create and refine detailed road maps for our projects, providing expert insights and suggestions
• Develop a road map for our projects (Voices for the Planet, Music Salon event, Summer camp, Teachers training, ambassador program…) based on the theory of change
• The road map should detail the following aspects: Project objectives, Key milestones, Stakeholder roles, Budget overview, Project phase, Activities, Risk and assumption assessment, and more

LumiVoce organizes a variety of annual events, including Voices for the Planet, Friends of LumiVoce music salon, Summer Camp, and Award Ceremony. To enhance the planning and impact of these projects, we are seeking a professional volunteer who is well versed in the theory of change. This theory is a powerful tool that provides a clear framework for understanding how and why a desired change is expected to happen in a particular context. By applying this theory, the volunteer will help us develop a road map for our projects, thereby improving the likelihood of successful project implementation and impact.
