What we need

• Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
• Collaborates with managers across GGHK2023 to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Assists with job posting and advertisement processes. And, assists with the interview process.
• Collaborates with the hiring manager to facilitate the onboarding process.
• Ensures compliance with relevant volunteer and/or employment laws and regulations, and GGHK2023 policies.
• Experience in recruiting candidate, volunteer with direct sourcing and headhunting experience is highly preferred
