What we need
  • Join us for a briefing session to learn more about this project - *We welcome University Students and Graduates*
  • Lead team building activities and initiatives to cultivate a cohesive team culture
  • Develop and conduct training sessions and provide educational materials for volunteers and team members to boost their skills and expertise
  • Oversee members relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
  • Manage and supervise the recruitment process to attract skilled candidates to join the organization
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to members to support their professional development
Background

We are recruiting future social leaders (Core Members), who will be responsible for the initiation, management and execution of activities FY 24/25. There are 4 different teams, including Marketing, Public Relations, Human Resources and Programme team.

What we have

A briefing will be provided to Core Members FY24/25 to align the expectations, objectives and goals. Our team will be supporting you and working with you align the way.

Why this is important

We are recruiting Core Members FY24/25. Volunteers with good performance may be promoted to Management Team of the organisation in future.
