Project Details

What we need
  • Managing our artists, performers, celebrities and ambassadors in order to provide a great art and culture experience to our participants and visitors
  • Approach celebrities, performing artists and Gay Game Hong Kong Ambassadors to support the art and culture performance
  • Maintaining a good relationship with artists agency
  • Coordinating and liaising with different parties such as Marketing, operation, sales, etc.
  • 3- 5 Years experience in Publlic Relations, Media, Entertainment, Broadcasting industry or related disciplines
  • Experience in Model Management, Artist Management, or any media related disciplines would be an advantage
Background

Gay Games 11 Hong Kong 2023’s (GGHK) is a fully volunteer run organisation and is a unique combination of sport, arts, culture, fun and community that brings together diverse groups of people to experience moments of joy. It will create unity and positive attitudes that will last a lifetime in Hong Kong, Asia and beyond under our tagline “Unity In Diversity”. GGHK will take place on 3-11 November 2023, first time in Asia. We are expecting 12,000 participants, 75,000 spectators and 3,000 volunteers from 100 countries. There are 36 sporting events planned including new events Dragon Boat Racing, Dodgeball, eSports, and Trail Running, Opening & Closing Ceremonies, Festival Village, and Arts & Culture events with daily performances, a Gala Concert, LGBTQ+ art exhibitions, and a variety of events to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Gay Games. Everyone is welcome to participate regardless of ethnicity, religion, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, ability, or background.

What we have

You will be working closely with other volunteers who also have FTE engagements. An onboarding program will be provided to ensure you understand Gay Games Hong Kong and to help you be effective on your role.

Why this is important

The ideal candidate will work with celebrities and artists or to create a work class performance during Gay Game.
