Recruit and manage volunteers to help with "Home & Away" Charity Football Tournament
Project Details
What we need
- Work closely with our team to manage volunteer recruitment, engagement and outcomes
- Coordinate volunteer briefings and trainings
- Manage volunteers on the day of the event to ensure smooth execution
- Assist with volunteer gratitude and certificates at the end of the event
- Able to support and attend the Football Tournament on Oct 11
- Weekly meeting to catchup and update on progress
Background
We are organizing "Home and Away" football tournament on 11 Oct 2024. We need your skills to work with the Partnerships team to successfully convert leads and coordinate sponsor on-boarding etc.
What we have
All the promotional materials and guidelines for volunteer recruitment will be provided and volunteer will work closely with partnership team.

This is a community engagement and fundraising event for Branches of Hope.

What we do
Branches of Hope, founded in 2012, is a tax-exempt charity under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance to restore Dignity, Justice and Hope to the marginalised and vulnerable in Hong Kong. We are dedicated to bringing changes to the refugees, asylum-seekers (non-refoulement claimants) and human trafficking survivors communities through Care, Empowerment and Social Reform. Branches of Hope has two initiatives including Refugee Opportunity and Development (ROAD) and Stop Trafficking of People (STOP).
