Brainstorm event promotion strategies for our Spiritual End of Life Care Conference in Dec

What we need
- Develop marketing strategies and plans for the Spiritual End of Life Care Conference scheduled on 4 Dec at HKU
- Weekly meetings to catch up with our team and report progress, meetings to be arranged during weekdays work hours
- (Optional) Support us with some marketing tasks, eg. drafting social media posts/ marketing promotion materials, etc.
- Volunteers with event planning experience are preferred
Background
Spiritual End of Life Care Conference is scheduled on 4 Dec 2024. The theme : Care of the soul at end-of-life: the essence of being human being. We're trying to promote this event and need help with marketing/ ideas on how to best promote it to our target audience.
What we have
Our staff will work closely with you and arrange regular catch up meetings.
Why this is important
To facilitate a deep understanding and appreciation of the role of spirituality in the dying process and to enhance the quality of care provided to individuals facing the end of their lives.
