兌換Stories Coffee & Memories Ceramics HK的坪洲桑葉茶園 x 烘焙咖啡體驗工作坊（品川一誠先生x Stories Coffee），您會圍繞「烘焙咖啡」作深入講解及實踐，包括咖啡的基礎知識及選豆竅門；手沖咖啡簡介及沖煮示範；咖啡烘焙工具的使用及技巧，使您提升對精品咖啡的理解及懂得如何品味咖啡，運用品嚐咖啡時的術語應用及概念，以及理解不同咖啡豆處理方式與風味的關係。
日期：自行預約，視乎供應而定（請注意，工作坊的報名截止時間為各場次前的五個工作日）
時長：1小時45分鐘
地點：坪洲東灣大龍村25號（坪洲碼頭行至農莊15-20分鐘）
語言：廣東話
🌻【坪洲獨有的全新咖啡體驗】
- 參觀在地日本農夫：品川一誠先生 親自打理的桑葉茶園；
- 品嚐他親手製作的日式甜點 和 細品他所種的頂芽桑葉茶；
- 由專業咖啡師 手把手教導 如何親手烘焙出自己風味的咖啡豆，並帶回家慢慢回味細嚐 或 送禮皆可；
- 學習杯測技巧 (Cupping)，以專業及客觀的角度品評咖啡風味。
詳細流程和內容：
1. 場地的 簡單介紹 及 品川一誠先生的理念
2. 品嚐坪洲獨有的頂芽桑葉茶
3. Stories Coffee 主理人 – Abby Kwong
- 簡單自我介紹 及 講解課堂流程
- 咖啡豆 (基礎知識及概念)
4. 參加者自選 咖啡豆 進行烘焙
- 埃塞俄比亞（水洗）；
- 巴西（蜜處理）
- 或 +$30 升級至 哥倫比亞（Geisha 藝妓）
5. 學習運用咖啡烘焙工具進行炒豆
- 完成後，包裝好便可送禮或自用
6. 品嚐Stories Coffee的精品咖啡 — 「坪洲頂芽桑葉濾掛咖啡」
- 示範沖煮過程及技巧講解，例: 在沖煮過程中運用不同的工具輔助，令精品咖啡的獨特風味更突出，更完整
- 專業咖啡師對行業及品味咖啡的理解
Terms and Conditions
- 圖片只供參考。
- 體驗只供年滿18歲至60歲的義工兌換。
- 體驗需要預約並視乎供應情況而定。
- 成功兌換後，請兩星期內向Stories Coffee & Memories Ceramics HK自行預約，逾期即視為放棄。
- 體驗一經兌換，即被視為最後決定，不得修改、退回、取消或交換。
- 體驗僅供個人使用，嚴禁轉讓或出售。
- 工作坊當日會拍照作記錄及宣傳之用途。
- 如香港天文台於工作坊當日3小時前發出黑色暴雨警告或三號或以上的強風信號，工作坊將順延至下一個活動日期。
- 如因參與任何活動而導致的任何損傷及損失，Time Auction均不會負責。
- Time Auction對是次活動擁有修改、變更或取消之權利。
- 如有任何爭議，Time Auction 保留對所有事宜的最終決定權。
