Join us for an exciting Finnish Mölkky experience and strategy workshop! 🎯🏆

This is part of the Wellness series.

兌換 SOL Committee 的新興運動－芬蘭木棋體驗及分享會。芬蘭木棋 為一項結合了保齡球及飛鏢規則的新興運動，源自芬蘭，近年在各地，特別在歐洲各國席捲熱潮，逐漸流行。相比傳統運動，芬蘭木棋更注重策略及手眼協調能力，不會因為身體體質差異而影響勝負機會。

教授木棋規則，透過練習掌握不同的投擲技巧，應用於不同的情況。導師亦會安排基礎訓練，令參與者掌握策劃佈局技巧，增加勝出的機會。最後導師也會教授比賽賽制，並進行比賽。

日期：2024年9月20日（星期五）
時間：12:00 pm - 1:30 pm (1.5 小時)
地點：馬灣 SOL Committee
