兌換由「香港業餘管弦樂團」主辦「Rainbow Symphony 彩虹同牽交響樂慈善音樂會」的門票。指揮蘇潔明小姐將帶領香港業餘管弦樂團演出，其他演出單位尚有：「同調合唱團」、「諧夢和聲」、「Hong Kong Gay Men's Chorus」、「Studio5678 HK」，主持人陳皓雲先生，舞蹈總監Catry，Drag Queen Miss Powers等等外，更榮幸地邀請了方皓玟小姐（3月3日表演），岑寧兒小姐（3月4日表演）作特別星級演出嘉賓，為觀眾帶來包羅萬有精彩豐富的節目。

這次慈善音樂會受惠機構是「晚同牽 Grey ＆ Pride」。「晚同牽」創立十年，是一個針對年長（55歲以上）同志的本地非牟利機構，提供一個對年長同志安全和友善的空間。宗旨支援年長同志及協助他們建立正面的身份認同；提供公眾教育及培訓社福或醫療專業人士，讓他們了解年長同志的需要；讓年長同志認識及爭取他們的權利。
