現居於英國的Manlee老師在香港土生土長，與本地及海外的企業與媒體合作無間，加上人生旅程中的歷練，深切體會並理解香港人長期以來承受的身心壓力，多年來積極學習多種方法與工具，助己助人進行自我療癒。由 Embrance Wellness 特別設計的雙人4小時精華課程，將透過頌缽、瑜伽、心理學、聲音引導及催眠引導，於課程中教導學員提升自我覺察能力，調整頻率，配合身體的律動，與拍檔學習互相喚醒身體每一微小細胞，釋放壓力與情緒印記。
完成基礎課程後，學員可回家保持練習，展開生活修行之旅。
課程內容：
- 認識頌缽及聲頻療癒
- 頌缽技巧示範及教學
- 靜心呼吸教學（提升自我覺察力）
- 雙人伸展教學（了解彼此需要）
- 二人一組以頌缽減壓靜心教學
- 二人一組以頌缽聲頻為彼此身體按摩教學
- 二人一組以頌缽聲頻舒緩肌肉疲勞及痛楚教學
- 自我覺察、促進溝通、改善關係、增進感情
- 30分鐘揉合獨家催眠引導之 *頌缽聲頻浴
*只選用優質滿月頌缽及水晶頌缽，每次使用最少14個不同音頻之大小頌缽，讓延綿渾厚的頌缽聲頻與身體細胞產生極緻和諧共振
Terms and Conditions
