身處香港的我們，生活繁忙，工作忙碌，事事講求快、急、趕。長年累月堆積的情緒和壓力，甚至沒有足夠的時間好好了解自己，尋找釋放的出口。情緒是流動的頻率，先學習了解自己，調整自己的頻率，才能進一步維繫關係，彼此互相學習，共同成長。課程適合夫婦 | 情侶 | 親子 | 閨蜜好友 | 工作拍檔。

現居於英國的Manlee老師在香港土生土長，與本地及海外的企業與媒體合作無間，加上人生旅程中的歷練，深切體會並理解香港人長期以來承受的身心壓力，多年來積極學習多種方法與工具，助己助人進行自我療癒。由 Embrance Wellness 特別設計的雙人4小時精華課程，將透過頌缽、瑜伽、心理學、聲音引導及催眠引導，於課程中教導學員提升自我覺察能力，調整頻率，配合身體的律動，與拍檔學習互相喚醒身體每一微小細胞，釋放壓力與情緒印記。
完成基礎課程後，學員可回家保持練習，展開生活修行之旅。
課程內容：
- 認識頌缽及聲頻療癒
- 頌缽技巧示範及教學
- 靜心呼吸教學（提升自我覺察力）
- 雙人伸展教學（了解彼此需要）
- 二人一組以頌缽減壓靜心教學
- 二人一組以頌缽聲頻為彼此身體按摩教學
- 二人一組以頌缽聲頻舒緩肌肉疲勞及痛楚教學
- 自我覺察、促進溝通、改善關係、增進感情
- 30分鐘揉合獨家催眠引導之 *頌缽聲頻浴
*只選用優質滿月頌缽及水晶頌缽，每次使用最少14個不同音頻之大小頌缽，讓延綿渾厚的頌缽聲頻與身體細胞產生極緻和諧共振
條款及細則
- 圖片只供參考。
- 體驗一經兌換，即被視為最後決定，不得修改、退回、取消或交換。
- 體驗僅供個人使用，嚴禁轉讓或出售。
- 當8號颱風訊號或黑色暴雨警告在活動當日中午12時生效時，工作坊將會延期或取消，請與PROJECT MOOON聯絡有關安排。
- PROJECT MOOON會視乎特別情況決定是否將工作坊延期或取消，並會儘快以短訊通知參加者。
- 參加者需同意在報名表格上收集之個人資料，將用作聯絡有關此活動及其他主辦單位之活動及資訊。如要更改或刪除個人資料，會以書面通知PROJECT MOOON。(請參閱香港法例第486章：個人資料(私隱)(修訂)條例中，有關閣下保護私隱之權利。)
- 在工作坊進行期間，請小心保管個人財物。如因參與任何活動而導致的任何損傷及損失，Time Auction和PROJECT MOOON均不會負責。
- Time Auction對是次活動擁有修改、變更或取消之權利。

要求
必須在9 Nov 2022至4 Dec 2023期間完成38個義工時數。
