日期：11月11、16、19、22、26日（日子及時段視乎供應而定）
時長：1小時
地點：牛頭角
語言：廣東話

學習要點：

認識室內攀石 (抱石) 的玩法
認識基本抱石技巧及抱石禮儀
認識抱石需要的下跌技巧及安全事項
了解抱石路線

體驗包括：

1小時教練指導
全日攀石鞋及粉袋租借
包即日使用任玩日票乙張，課程後可在館內自由攀爬至當日閉館時間
