About Isabelle

Isabelle's banking career spans nearly two decades across Relationship Management, Sales, Strategy & Strategic Execution, Sale of Businesses and Deals in Hong Kong, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Mauritius. Presently, Isabelle is on a career break, having pursued her full time postgraduate diploma in Innovation & Design Thinking, a programme co-conducted by MIT's Sloan School of Management, Columbia Business School, and Dartmouth's Tuck School of Business.

Isabelle has been mentoring professionals across the finance industry for over a decade. She is presently a Women in Finance Asia Steering Committee Member and a mentor at Moving Ahead, an organisation that promotes DEI and cross-industrial mentoring.

Session Scheduling Policy
After application approval, you'll receive an email connecting you with your mentor. Schedule a session promptly and keep Time Auction team in the loop. If we don't hear from you within a week, it leads to:
- Application cancellation
- 1st strike: 1-month suspension
- 2nd strike: 3-month suspension
- 3rd strike: Banned
No-Show Policy
For all scheduled mentoring sessions, we have a "one strike" ban policy for no-show bookings without informing the other party. Cancelling within 24 hours is also counted as no-show.

- 2nd strike: 3-month suspension
- 3rd strike: Banned
