Experience the beauty of nature through hiking and learn how to make Hakka Steamed Buns!

This is part of the Culture series.

兌換谷埔季食的客家茶粿工作坊，體驗身處傳統客家大宅中，以柴火製作茶粿，並了解客家文化。谷埔位於香港新界沙頭角旁，步入大宅期間的路程更可接觸香港自然生態。若假期想遠離城市煩囂，出走郊外，這個工作坊最合適不過。

2小時的工作坊將由谷埔村村民親身教授，每人可製5個茶果（請自備食物盒）。

日期：9月24日（星期六）
時間：1 pm 集合，2 - 4 pm 進行工作坊
集合地點：粉嶺站C出口（可選乘搭56K專線小巴，總站下車到達鹿頸行山徑）
工作坊地點：谷埔村（進入村內需途經粉嶺鹿頸至谷埔行山徑。我們會與一眾義工步行，全程平路為主，輕鬆易行，需時約40分鐘）

工作坊將會以中文教學。
