Join the most popular workshop offered by A Collective Space, Mindful Woodworking, they combine the techniques of woodworking with mindfulness. Over a 2.5 hour workshop, you will learn several techniques that will change how you view mindfulness. Recognizing that sitting still to meditate is not suitable for everybody, and it can be hard to block out those thoughts, but this shouldn't be an obstacle in learning this practice. Additionally, you’ll discover how to achieve the same results, but using movement instead.
