兌換Project i - Pilates & Fitness Center的Fitness x Body Movement Class 動態身體1:1健身堂。與傳統的健身課程不同，這門課程專注於多種身體運動，同時使用多個肌肉群，從而實現更高效和有效的訓練效果。
通過理論和實踐結合的形式，學生將學習動態身體運動的好處，包括增強靈活性、力量和心血管健康。他們還將了解健身訓練的原則，以及如何將這些原則應用到自己的訓練中。 該課程將涵蓋多種身體運動，如現代舞和跳躍運動，以及傳統的訓練方法，如深蹲、弓步和俯臥撐。學生將學習如何將這些運動結合起來，進行動態和具有挑戰性的訓練，並擬定符合個人健身目標的訓練計劃。

地點：尖沙咀或西營盤

- 工作坊相片只供參考。
- 體驗需要預約並視乎供應情況而定。
- 成功兌換後，請於 3 個月內向 Project i - Pilates & Fitness Center自行預約，逾期即視為放棄。
- 體驗一經兌換，即被視為最後決定，不得修改、退回、取消或交換。
- 體驗僅供個人使用，嚴禁轉讓或出售。
- 如課堂當日遇上惡劣天氣影響，請與Project i - Pilates & Fitness Center聯絡。
- 如因參與任何活動而導致的任何損傷及損失，Time Auction均不會負責。
- Time Auction對是次活動擁有修改、變更或取消之權利。
- 如有任何爭議，Time Auction 保留對所有事宜的最終決定權。
