Requirements for the Prevention and Control of COVID-19 Pandemic
According to the epidemic prevention guidelines of the Hong Kong SAR Government and the Travel Industry Council on COVID-19, all participants must comply with the following conditions:
1) On the date of the tour, a participant with body temperature exceeding 37.5oC will NOT be allowed to join the tour.
2) Masks - All participants are required to wear their own masks at all times (except during meal time). Any person who does not wear a mask or has a fever will NOT be allowed to join the tour.
3) Social Distancing - You must observe the social distancing requirements at all times.
4) LeaveHomeSafe - Participants (except for those who are 15 years old or below, or 65 years old or above) are required to use the “LeaveHomeSafe” app to scan QR codes on "cars, boats, restaurants and attractions as required under the laws of Hong Kong.
5) Requirements applicable to tour groups of 31-100 people (including drivers, tour guides, escorts and other accompanying staff of the Travel Agency):
a) All participants are required to take a Rapid Antigen Test on the day of departure with a negative result;
b) Participants must sign an undertaking to confirm that a Rapid Antigen Test has been performed on the day of departure with a negative result. The Company will keep the Letter of Undertaking for three (3) days.

Please note the below T&C from Outdoor Holiday HK Limited
1) Only Hong Kong Residents may join. All participants are required to provide their Hong Kong Identity Card at the time of registration.
2) Participants should wear comfortable shoes on the date of the tour.
3) According to the weather condition on the departure date and the personal needs of the participant, the participant should bring a light jacket, umbrella, or sunscreen or other personal items as appropriate.
4) Participants are requested to arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the designated meeting time. If the participant does not show up at the designated departure time, the reservation is automatically considered to be cancelled. The tour operator will not provide any alternative tour in this case.
5) If the participant has any food allergy(ies) and special arrangement(s) is(are) required, it is necessary to inform the tour operator at the time of enrolment.
6) Any expenses other than those outlined in the itinerary are considered to be personal expenses. Participants are required to pay for their own personal expenses.
7) Infants do not occupy seats while children aged between one (1) and two (2) will take up seats (one seat per person). However, meals will not be provided to infants nor children below the age of three (3).
8) In case of adverse weather conditions, the tour operator may change the itinerary to ensure the safety of participants.
9) Special arrangements for bad weather (storm or typhoon signal):
a) Land Itinerary - Two (2) hours before the meeting time on the day of departure:
i) Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted or the Black Rainstorm Warning is issued, the tour will be rescheduled.
ii) If typhoon signal No. 1 or No. 3 or a yellow or red rainstorm warning is hoisted, the tour will depart as scheduled. If the participant requests to withdraw from the tour, the tour operator will not provide any alternative tour in this case.
10) Participants are requested to keep all personal belongings by themselves. The tour operator will not be responsible for any losses of personal belongings.
11) If the participant cancels the reservation or changes the date or name for any reason, this will be regarded as a cancellation of the reservation. The tour operator will not provide any alternative tour in this case.
12) If the number of people showing up on the departure day exceeds the number on the official acknowledgement, or the name(s) does(do) not match with the acknowledgement, the tour operator reserve the right to refuse the relevant person from participation, regardless of the age of the relevant person.
13) Participants will be notified by phone before 3:00 pm on the day before departure in case the tour shall not be held.
14) The tour operator will purchase Group Personal Accident Insurance for each participant (Age Limit: 1 to 85 years old), and the coverage is as follows:
a) Accidental death, maximum compensation of HKD 100,000
b) Accidental medical expenses up to HKD 5,000
(Including hospitalisation expenses due to infection of COVID-19 during the tour).
15) Information about the Itinerary
The content, pictures, menus and other information listed in the itinerary are for reference only. These may be subject to change(s) on the departure date without further notice. The tour operator reserve the right of final decision.
