What we do
The Hong Kong Dignity Institute was borne out of the desire to better help exploited, abused and marginalised populations escape their situation and heal from cycles of trauma and abuse. Uniting the expertise of local professionals from different disciplines, our core areas of work include: (1) Integrated Client Services: We provide integrated legal and mental health support, as well as strategic guidance and referrals, to clients at one time in one space. (2) Collaboration: We maximise existing resources available by identifying coordination gaps and fostering partnerships across disciplines, organisational lines and national borders. (3) Research: We work alongside frontline service providers and universities to publish evidence-based research and reports to impact practice and influence reform.
