We need AV support in HER Fund's biggest annual event - International Women's Day 2021

What we need
- Manage all AV set up and operations during the event
- Set up AV equipment to do live in Zoom (e.g. camera, programmed computer)
- Transit from live to pre-recorded video and go back live
Background
On 10 March 2021, we will be holding HER Fund's biggest fundraising event of the year - International Women's Day 2021 celebration webinar in Eaton Hotel. We collaborate with Young Living (essential oil company) to do a 1.5-hour zoom live, which we may need AV support to record/ set up for life and transit to pre-recorded video smoothly (sharing screen is not good in quality) and go back live.
What we have
Venue, basic equipment provided from Eaton Hotel, promotional space etc.
Why this is important
This is a core fundraising event to help HER Fund sustain their operation to further provide financial and training support to grassroots women's groups or organisations.
