What we need

• Join us for a 30 minutes call to learn more about our organisation and objectives of our event
• Help with the planning and coordination or our BioHK2024 event, tasks will be delegated based on your skills and experiences
• Weekly meeting to catch up with our team and report progress
• Tasks may include explore and advise registration process / system for the event, advise on timeline and execution plan and partnership coordination
• Volunteers with event planning experience is preferred
• Flexible volunteering hours, you're welcome to work from our office or at home whenever you're available
• If you'd like to come into our office, you can do so between Mon-Fri from 9:00am - 12:00pm, or 2:00pm - 6:00pm

Why this is important

The event is aims to establish and facilitate a worldwide platform for the Hong Kong biotech industry, promote awareness, encouraging and enabling international collaboration. We also provide informed opinion and technical advice to government bodies, healthcare institutions and the public.
