Help with the illustrations and design for a Disability Awareness boardgame

What we need
- Participate in a briefing call to understand WISE 匯菁’s needs
- Design the visual elements of the game board, incorporating themes of accessibility and inclusion
- Design tokens, and other visual components
- Create illustrations of diverse characters representing people with different types of disabilities
- Design the packaging, including the box cover, to capture the essence of the game and its theme
Background
We are designing an educational board game that aims to raise awareness and understanding about the experiences of people with disabilities. As part of this initiative, we are seeking volunteer illustrators to contribute their artistic skills in creating the visual elements, including the game board, characters, and packaging design.
What we have
Workspace: If the volunteer prefers to work in person, we can provide a workspace at our Taikoo office. Software: We could provide a Canva Pro account if needed.
Why this is important
WISE 匯菁 is focusing on supporting and empowering individual with disabilities in their employment journey, this educational board game can be a valuable tool particularly to SEN students and employers.By creating an engaging and interactive gaming experience, the project can help foster greater empathy, knowledge, and sensitivity around disability-related topics. This will help breaking down stigma and misconceptions surroundings SEN students in the campus, employment journey and the broader community experiences.

We could be helping them in constructing their CV, presenting them with job opportunities, preparing for an interview, or even building the confidence to share their workplace adjustment needs (removing barriers). We also help employers find the right talent, from our pool of customers, and educate them on how to be disability inclusive. Our team is our biggest asset, and they work tirelessly to help make a positive impact. We could certainly use help in making an even bigger impact.
