What we do

We are a charitable organisation with the objective of empowering people through employment. Our team members are professionally trained employment partners who support the careers of people with disabilities and accompany employers in their inclusion efforts. To be a sustainable force of change, we operate with a charitable heart and a business mind. We also partner with public, academic, corporate, and not-for-profit sectors to ensure maximal impact. To empower our customers to build the careers they aspire for, we offer them a range of support. We could be helping them in constructing their CV, presenting them with job opportunities, preparing for an interview, or even building the confidence to share their workplace adjustment needs (removing barriers). We also help employers find the right talent, from our pool of customers, and educate them on how to be disability inclusive. Our team is our biggest asset, and they work tirelessly to help make a positive impact. We could certainly use help in making an even bigger impact.
