What we need

Join a 30-minute briefing call
Share your bio and topic of expertise with NGOs through our platform, allowing NGOs to apply for a one-on-one Advisory/Consultation Session with you
Topic examples: Fundraising, Partnerships (CSR, ESG, Schools), Technology (Web Development, UXUI, CRM etc.), Sales & Business Development, and more
By accepting the NGO's application, you'll both be connected and can schedule for the call
You'll review the NGO's strategy and progress, and suggest next steps, helping them drive better decisions and seek relevant future support
*Extensive experience on the topic proposed is required for this project

Background

At Time Auction, we’re running a pilot program to better connect skilled volunteers with NGOs, and are looking for volunteers to help us with this program in the next 2-4 months. As you may know, our platform helps 700+ NGOs recruit skilled volunteers. Currently, NGOs post projects and volunteers apply to projects that fit their skills. Our new consultation sessions will help them connect even more efficiently, by featuring volunteers who can offer Advisory/Consultation sessions for NGOs to apply, which will help them review their progress, identify gaps and drive better decisions.

Why this is important

Your input will help 2 NGOs review their progress and strategy so far, identify the gaps or ways to move forward, suggest improvements, and also help give feedback on our pilot program so we can develop this further!
