Support our event on 22 Jan (Weds) at HKEX Connect Hall in Central
Project Details
What we need
- Support our "Impact Exchange: Inter-Company Volunteer Week Celebratory Event" on 22 Jan (Weds) 3 to 7:30pm (including preparation and dismantling)
- Volunteer briefing will be held on the day
- Greet and check in guests at reception (150 attendees), distribute name tags and gifts
- Provide support during the event such as moving chairs for panel discussion, crowd control during award presentation etc
- Some physical lifting will be required (eg. moving tables and chairs)
- Assist with packing up materials after the event
Background
Inter-Company Volunteer Week (IVW) is an annual campaign aligned with International Volunteer Day on December 5th. In its third year facilitated by Time Auction, a charity that advocates volunteerism — this campaign turns corporate social responsibility into weeks of dynamic, cross-company action, empowering employees to drive real community change.
