Help take photos at our celebratory event with outstanding skilled volunteers
Project Details
What we need
- Take photos of the awarding volunteers & guests at the event, and group photos during the award ceremony
- Date & Time: 9 Dec (Friday) 5-7pm
- Edit & share around 20-30 best photos with us on the next day
- Transportation subsidy is available on a reimbursement basis (max HK$300)
- We will also tag you on our social media channels as acknowledgement
Background
We're hosting an event on 9 Dec with the Swire Trust Go-Givers of the Year, Swire Trust nd their Philanthropy Council members to celebrate with awardees on their outstanding contribution to the community.Together with Swire Trust, we've launched the Swire Trust Go-Givers Program which encourages skilled volunteers for their NGOs partners.10 outstanding skilled volunteers will also be selected annually as the “Swire Trust Go-Givers of the Year” with special rewards & recognition.

We could provide photo references from our previous events.
Why this is important
The photos will be shared with the awardees and the participants as a record of the special moments at the event. We will also share on our social media channels and other promotional materials.

Swire Trust Go-Givers Program aims to encourage skilled volunteers to support Swire Trust NGO partners in education, marine conservation, and arts.
From now until 2025, 10 outstanding volunteers will be selected annually as the “Swire Trust Go-Givers of the Year" with special and empowering rewards. 40 volunteers who contribute the highest number of hours annually will also be recognised!
