Project Details
What we need
- Join us for a 30 minutes call to learn more about the #1HourWith program and our organisation’s mission
- Donate 2 one-hour virtual mentorship sessions to the mentees who redeemed your session by completing 10 volunteer hours (We can do recurring sessions every 3 months with different mentees if you're keen!)
- The topics the mentees ask could be career advice, how to get into psychology, or other topics they hope you can advise on. Each 1-hour Zoom session could be held on any date you're available and agree with mentee
- The mentees are carefully screened, and you'll meet future leaders who would love to learn from you with a big heart of giving back!
- Applicant must be a registered/certified psychologist based in Hong Kong with at least 3 years of full-time relevant post-qualification working experience
Background
At Time Auction, we aim to make mentorship accessible for everyone while encouraging volunteerism. Since 2014, we have connected over 4,000 young adults with 400+ inspiring leaders. Our #1HourWith Mentorship Program features mentors from a wide range of backgrounds and offers an opportunity in which anyone can redeem the 1-on-1 call by completing 10 volunteer hours. We hope to invite any interested professional to donate mentorship sessions to the volunteers, and indirectly raise 20 volunteer hours to local charities in every 3 months.
