Project Details

What we need
  • Review 3-5 social media posts (graphic and caption) per week
  • Create 2-3 social media posts per week
  • Create external and internal materials (e.g. handouts, backdrop, etc) for big scale event
  • Ensure that branding guidelines are adhered
  • Commit at least 6 hours per week on weekdays, 10am to 5pm (minimum 3 hours per visit)
  • English proficiency is required (Cantonese/ Chinese is not required but a plus!)

Are you passionate about making a difference? Join our team as a Communications Assistant Intern at our vibrant charity organisation supporting the marginalised, grassroots ethnic minority community in Hong Kong. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our messaging and outreach efforts.

What we have

Onboarding sessions Training materials: such as style guides, branding guidelines, templates to ensure consistency in messaging. Software and Tools: provide you with an office laptop as well as canva (premium account) for working on the tasks. Feedback and evaluation: regular feedback sessions to review your work for growth.
